Goodbye My Faithful Companion

For more than ten years, you have been by my side, quite literally.

Together we have traveled parts of the globe, seen beautiful sights that seemed pulled from dreams.

But also the everyday, random, simple things, easily overlooked, that make up our world and our life. Because how could we appreciate the grand if we do not pause for the small?

You have seen the world through my eyes. And in turn, you allowed me to capture it in more detail through the reflection of your mirror.

As I set you down for the last time, I carry forward not just the mental pyctures we made, but the way you taught me to see.

Thank you for the memories, my silent witness.
